My order says 'Fulfilled' but I haven't received it?

All orders are marked as 'Fulfilled' once they have been dispatched, and does not necessarily mean that it has been delivered.

If you selected a tracked delivery method for your order, you can check it's progress on it's way to you using the tracking number on the order page under Order History.

First Class post sent within mainland UK normally arrives the next day, but can sometimes take a little longer. If it's been over a week since your order was Fulfilled and you still have not received it, please contact us at contact@ecigwizard.com or on 0345 305 2585.
