In the past, the online Wizpoints system and the in-store Vape Rewards were completely separate which prevented our customers from getting the most out of their rewards points.
We've sent out a few emails in the last few weeks to keep customers informed of this upcoming change; on 30th January 2020, we merged the in-store Vape Rewards system with our website so that you can now redeem rewards using the points you have earned both online and in-store.
Previously, you earned 5 Wizpoints for every £1 you spent online. Now, you will earn 10 points for every £1 spent online & in-store.
This points conversion means that your points balance will have changed quite a bit, but don't panic, the value of your points is the same if not better than they were before.
For example, instead of spending £100 to earn 500 Wizpoints, £100 will now get you 1,000 points!
You're also no longer limited to redeeming one reward per order!
