Yes, our orders are generally shipped out in plain white padded envelopes.
However if you order a large amount or exceptionally large products that would not fit into an A4 sized envelope, your order may be sent in a box which is sealed with tape bearing our logo, the Ecigwizard star, but no brand names. If you believe the size of your order may lead to it being sent like this and you do not want branded tape on the box, please contact our Customer Service team and we can arrange alternative packaging for you.
Our returns address is included on the label in very small font for insurance & legal purposes, this does contain our company name 'Electronic Cigarettes Ltd'.
