Due to continued concerns about the coronavirus, we have extended our return period from 14 days to 60 days.
We require all products to be returned to us before we can process a return. Please email us at contact@ecigwizard.com to request a return.
We strongly recommend that you use a tracked/signed for postage method as we are not liable for any products lost in transit. We will reimburse the shipping costs for sending the product back to us, if it is found to be faulty (so please retain your postage receipt).
If you are returning a device with external/18650 batteries please remove the batteries before sending the device. If the batteries are also faulty and need to be returned, please bag them individually so they are not in direct contact with any other products. If they are not faulty, please retain your batteries unless stated otherwise.
It can take up to 7 working days from receipt of your returns for us to contact you. Please take bank holidays into consideration.
We need to have these back for full investigation/testing before a replacement or refund can be offered.
